The Private Business in a Government Regional Officers’ Housing (GROH) Dwelling Policy stipulates the conditions that tenants and occupants in a GROH program dwelling must satisfy to operate a private business from the GROH dwelling.
GROH - Private Tenants Policy
This policy stipulates the conditions under which Government Regional Officers’ Housing (GROH) dwellings that are surplus to requirements are leased by Department of Communities to private tenants.
GROH - Security Policy
Stipulates the types of security items the Department of Communities supplies to Government Regional Officers’ Housing dwellings and the conditions under which extra security items may be supplied to ensure that suitably secured dwellings are provided.
GROH - Swimming Pools Policy
This policy indicates when swimming pools and/or spas are and are not permitted in GROH dwellings. It outlines the obligations of GROH tenants occupying dwellings that have swimming pools, as well as those of Client Agencies.

This Policy outlines the responsibilities of the Department of Communities GROH Client Agencies and tenants to supply and maintain telecommunications equipment and services to and in GROH dwellings.

This policy outlines who is responsible for supplying utilities services to GROH dwellings and for paying for the use of these services.

This manual contains policies relating to the management of public housing. Policies relating to maintenance are not part of this manual.
