Specifications are written to provide contractors with the standards of the works, products and/or services specified, or referred to, in the contract to which they must deliver.
These are categorised by trade and include:
- Standards (Department and Australian)
- Drawings (if applicable)
- Product list (if applicable).
The specifications are for use by Department of Housing staff and our head contractors to ensure consistency of standards is meet.
