Eden Beach, Jindalee is located just 40kms north of Perth. It is a masterplanned estate offering direct beach access. This estate is well connected to established surrounding amenities at Butler including the new Butler Train Station (opening 2014) is close by, linking you to Joondalup and Perth CBD.
