The Department of Housing partners with a variety of organisations to actively increase the supply of affordable housing for sale and rent in Western Australia.
These partnerships are an important part of the Department’s strategy to achieve our goal of providing at least 20,000 affordable housing opportunities by 2020.
We work with community housing organisations, Government Regional Officers’ Housing (GROH) agencies, land development contractors, and private contractors and builders.
