Housing Industry Forecasting Group
The Housing Industry Forecasting Group (HIFG) is a joint industry and government body providing independent commentary and forecasts on the housing sector in Western Australia. HIFG reports can be found at www.dplh.wa.gov.au/hifg.
Affordability reports
A series of reports prepared by Housing, with support from Shelter WA and the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA). These reports present in-depth research on both rental and purchase affordability, and types of affordable product available in the Perth metropolitan area.

The demand model is an estimate of unmet demand for social and affordable housing at the time of the 2016 Census.
